We really enjoyed the clean apartment. The homestay had an incredible location near the old town. It was really close to some seriously cool back alleys, the "lake", and three good/cheap restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sun Homestay in Hoi An. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with the old quarter just a short walk away and the beach easily accessible by bicycle. The spacious and bright room was exactly what I was looking for, and the small fridge and electrical kettle were convenient additions. Renting bicycles and doing laundry at the homestay was also very convenient. it was a wonderful experience!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had an AMAZING stay at this homestay in Hoi An! When we arrived at 3am, they not only arranged a pick up for us but also provided the most comfortable bed in all of Asia. The location was perfect, with a short walk to Ancient Town and the beach. The owner and her family were incredibly sweet and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. They even helped us with bus tickets for our trip to Hue. I highly recommend Sun Homestay for a fantastic stay in Hoi An.

The comfortable bed and working air conditioning were two standout features of our stay. It was such a relief to come back to a cozy and clean room after a long day of work. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the mini fridge in the room was a great bonus for keeping drinks and snacks chilled.
There were a few things that left a negative impression. the lack of hot water in the shower was a major disappointment.

We had a great experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on where to eat and what to see. They even took care of our laundry and arranged our transportation to our next destination. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main sights but away from the crowded tourist streets. It really felt like coming home. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and good water pressure.
There were a few things that could have been better. the noise from the water heater or pump on the roof was incredibly loud every time someone used water in the whole building, making it almost impossible to sleep without earplugs.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sun Homestay! The owner was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She offered to organize trips for us and even helped with our laundry. We felt very taken care of, especially when she arranged a taxi for us due to an approaching typhoon. The location was perfect for us, just outside the old town and on a lively street. We enjoyed delicious Indian food right next door. The owner also made us a delicious breakfast every morning, with a simple yet satisfying omelette. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ho An.
Can't think of anything 😊

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and warm blankets. The family running the homestay were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was great, with the old town and its restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk away. Another plus was the affordable bike rental, which allowed us to explore the city easily and at our own pace.
The breakfast options were quite limited and not very satisfying. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired, with water on the floor and a dirty bathtub.
